Hubby goes back to work tomorrow but today I felt like I was back on my "mommy" job and it felt great!
Marlow and I started off our afternoon selecting and painting some ceramics. Here's our creation!
Then we spent the afternoon with the mundane errands.... but my little lady shocked me this evening. We seemed to be running late for bedtime so I was thinking of skipping her full bath tonight. She bathes nightly. I tried to ask her to choose bath or sleepy... and to me and her daddy's suprise she made her own selection of bath! I kept changing up the scenario for her to choose to see if she really understood. By the look on her face in the tub, I really think she was pleased. I love that girl!
Hubby spent the day finishing up some work on the patio... photos to come!

yay for choosing bath time! haha. we had to get dora bath toys for sophia and then bath time was her favorite. ohhh the power of dora. it's scary. haha.

My little girl loves bath time. She loves to squeal and splash and then she gets really calm and starts talking to me in a really soft voice as if she is telling me about her day. Melts my heart.
