Pony Tales

We had a couple days of yucky weather last week so we had fun killing time by playing with our hair.  Okay, I had fun.  I have no idea why but I just don't like Marlow's hair up in little ponytails.  Her Daddy loves it.  He thinks it's the cutest thing... me? ...not so much.  Plus he never had his mother pull up his hair in a pony so tight that his face wouldn't move.  I'm sure my sister can vividly recall all the mega tight ones my mom would do.... oh and the braids and buns... killer.  I have no idea how my mom was able to get it so tight!

Notice her little runny nose and chapped cheeks that have balm on them.  I'm so ready for Spring!!

Can you tell she has that proud grin because she's standing there like a big girl?

Super Bowl Super Fun

Marlow had such a fun night last night.  That girl can steal your heart in seconds.  Although we aren't hardcore football fans we had some family over to celebrate SUPER BOWL.  I think my hubby really just enjoys bringing together people with food!  We served yummy chalupas and a taco bar with beer, margarita and wine... yum!

I'm kicking myself for not taking any pictures but Marlow got to stay up a little past her bedtime and enjoy all the love she gets from her family.  Her new trick is moving from one persons arms to another.  She likes putting out her hands for you to come get her.  She's also a little speed demon on that walker lion.

Snow Day II

We've been stuck in the house...

I was planning to take some cute Valentine's Day pics outside this week but with the crazy weather we just decided to put on our Valentine jammies and decorate the house!

My little girl's teeth are getting so big!!  Lately she's been trying so hard to say water and her latest trick is getting to her little lion and standing up on her own.  She has her daddy doing laps around the living room with the lion.

Snow Day

It has been soooo cold here.  Actually been isn't the right word.  I got a pedicure and wore flip flops on Saturday but today there is ice all over the lawn. 

New Pearly Whites

Well they didn't come for Christmas... but those two front teeth seem to be coming in now!!

 Check out her new pearly whites.  This is the way she lets me show people her teeth, I promise I'm not holding her down hurting her!!  She's laughing her tail off!
